I had to reformat my hard drive, and I backed up my registration code for A plus video to I-pod. I installed lastest version of your product, but it does not work right. It first states my code is not correct, then, I put the code in again, and it says it is accepted.....but it fails to work properly. Then next time I open the program, it says I need to register again, with the same results I discussed previously. I want my money back. Roger.

I have downloaded several programs only to find the demo says it has expired. Why is this when I downloaded from your site the latest version And never had any of your programs before. The one that worked was DVD to pocket pc ripper. The one for xbox and PMP converters don't load Demo problem.

Dear Sir, I buyed your DVd to dvx And I have problems. Your tool not detected the english subtitle in my "spy that come in from the cold" dvd (that is on my hd) only the french subtitle only. I have downloaded Aplus video to pocket pc, but when I load the AVI file I wanted to convert then hit the convert arrow, it comes up with the convertin finished dialogue box instantly but no files appear to be converted? Have I done something wrong?
