Can not rip whole DVD movie from XXXXX.ifo,or occurs "Decoder not inited. Select IFO file first."why?

This problem is caused by the copy protection of your DVD disc. To unlock the DVD disc you can select "use aspi for DVD driver to access DVD driver" in the "setting -> input " dialog.

When I convert realmedia files, the application stop at some point sometimes, with the progress and preview screen not changed, how can I fix the problem?

This is because the realmedia splitter control is changed to old version. so follow the steps:
(1) go to the folder Aplus Video converter installed, you could see RealMediaSplitter.ax file.
(2) doulbe click the RealMediaSplitter.ax file to register the control.
(3) if it show the "windows cannot open this file" dialog, select "Select the program from a list".
(4) in "Open with " dialog, click "browse" , select "C:\\windows\\system32\\regsvr32.exe" to open.
(5) Now you convert the rm files again , it should be OK.

When I convert WMV files , the conversion finished soon without any output file, how can I fix the problem ?

This is because you have not install the Windows Media Format Runtime Library for supporting WMV,ASF files. download it from here and install it.

I want to convert MOV files to other files , but it doesn't work . What can I do ?

You should firstly install QuickTime Player to support MOV,QT files.

What is an ASPI driver?

An ASPI driver is required for DVD ripping. Windows 95 or 98 comes with the ASPI manager pre-installed, while NT does not. To tell if you have an ASPI manager installed, look for a file called WNASPI32.DLL in your Windows system directory (c:\windows\system or c:\winnt\system32 are common locations).

How to install ASPI?

1 . download adaptec ASPI driver 4.71 in http://www.tomp4.com/download/aspi471.zip
2 . unzip the file.
3 . double click aspiinst.exe to install ASPI driver 4.71.
4 . double click the REG_XP.exe file to register if you are not experienced editing the registry .
5 . reboot and try again.
